Refund Policy
Last updated 3 June 2026
Sable is a digital subscription. This policy explains what is and isn't refundable, and your statutory rights.
1. Subscriptions
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep what you've paid for.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period unless required by law.
- Unused capsule allowances do not roll over and are not refunded.
2. Free plan
The Notice plan is free. There is nothing to refund.
3. EU, EEA, and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
Because Sable is digital content delivered immediately, when you start using the service or download a generated PDF before the 14 days end, you give your express consent to immediate performance and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. We confirm this consent in your order confirmation email. Where the right still applies, any refund is reduced in proportion to the service already provided.
4. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and refund any verified error promptly.
5. Before you dispute with your bank
If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us first at support@sableholdingsnz.com before requesting a chargeback. Charges appear on your statement as “SABLE PARE”. We can almost always resolve billing questions faster than a bank dispute.
6. How to request and how refunds are paid
Email us with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days. Statutory consumer guarantees in your country — including, in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act — still apply.
